N\u00e3o \u00e9 pra menos. O cara foi um dos cabe\u00e7as do Velvet Underground e \u00e9 um dos maiores experimentadores da m\u00fasica pop mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Mas desde &#8220;blackAcetate&#8221;, de 2005, n\u00e3o lan\u00e7ava um disco-solo. &#8220;Shifty Adventures In Nookie Wood&#8221;, por\u00e9m, quebra o espa\u00e7o de sete anos sem lan\u00e7ar discos cheios (ele lan\u00e7ou em 2011 o EP &#8220;Extra Playful&#8221;). John Cale, o g\u00eanio, est\u00e1 de volta.<\/p>\n<p>O disco ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ado dia 1\u00ba de outubro de 2012, via Double Six\/Domino Records, e foi todo gravado no est\u00fadio caseiro de Cale, produzido por ele pr\u00f3prio. Pra se dar conta do respeito que ele merece, Danger Mouse, um dos mais celebrados produtores da m\u00fasica pop atual, participa do disco, mas n\u00e3o se meteu a besta de palpitar: ele s\u00f3 d\u00e1 sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o vocal e instrumental em &#8220;I Wanna Talk 2 U&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Todo o resto do disco fica a cargo de John Cale: ele canta, toca guitarra, teclados, sintetizadores, viol\u00f5es, baixo e por a\u00ed vai. Vale lembrar que este ano ele completou 70 anos.<\/p>\n<p>O diabo \u00e9 que o primeiro single, justamente &#8220;I Wanna Talk 2 U&#8221;, n\u00e3o desceu muito bem.
